Ahead of the Sallah celebration scheduled for Wednesday, the Borno State government has announced a temporary restriction on vehicular and human movement across the state to ensure the peaceful conduct of Eid prayers.The restriction, approved by Governor Babagana Umara Zulum, will take effect from 6
