The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has developed a roadmap to revive Pakistan’s underdeveloped Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) market by providing digital onboarding platforms, reducing costs, and offering passive investment options to investors. Under the new framework, asset m
